ECR 2026 Registration Fees
All tickets provide onsite access in Vienna and access to the online platform during March 4–8, 2026, with on-demand content access available until March 15, 2026.
Please note: not all onsite sessions are streamed; details of streamed sessions will be available in the programme planner.

Single Day Tickets will be available for purchase on-site at our registration desk at a price of €400 per day.
Important information: Access to session evaluations is only available on that specific day, and all evaluations must be completed by 23:59 CET on the respective date.
Furthermore, please note that ‘Single Day Tickets’ provide live access only on the specific day for which the ticket is valid and do not include on-demand access.

Bring your medical IT & Admin team for free to ECR
The registration category “IT & Administrative Personnel” is offered for healthcare IT personnel and related administrative personnel working in a hospital.Your eligibility for this ticket will be verified during the online registration process (proof required). Please note that this ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits.
Important information: This ticket is exclusively available through online registration and must be obtained by February 15, 2026 at the latest!
This ticket will not be available for on-site registrations!
Radiologists, radiographers/radiological technologists, nurses, and all individuals working in any professional field other than IT and administrative work are strictly excluded from this offer and must complete a regular registration.

All fees in EUR; 10% VAT included
According to § 3a (11) and § 3a (11a) of the Austrian VAT Act, registration fees for conferences are taxable in Austria. Austrian VAT must be invoiced to individuals and companies, regardless of their individual VAT registration (applicable to EU and non-EU countries).
Please note that registration fees do not include travel expenses, hotel accommodation, social events or food.
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.
1. By credit card: Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.
2. By bank transfer: please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
No cheques will be accepted.
Member tickets are only available if ESR membership 2025 was settled by August 31, 2025. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to [email protected] from the head of department/hospital or professional representative body confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head of department/hospital or professional representative body and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
Please note that the hospital manager ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits. Undergraduate students without academic title under the age of 30 can register for reduced fees. A scan of your student-ID and passport is required – please send your proofs to [email protected]. Please note that the student registration will not allow you to gain CME credits.
A reduced registration fee of EUR 400,- is available for all presenting authors of accepted oral and poster abstracts who are ESR members in good standing by August 31, 2025. The presenting authors of accepted abstracts without ESR 2025 membership (or membership settled after the deadline) can still register for ECR 2026 for the Opening Fee.
Important information:
• The Presenter Member ticket will be available after the decision notification email is sent in December 2025.
• This offer will only be available if registration is finalised by December 17, 2025, and only applies to the presenting author (not first or any other authors). If the presenting author cannot register for the congress, they have the option to make an attending co-author or colleague the presenting author so that this person can present their work at the congress.
Each abstract receives one reduced registration ticket for the presenting author. Once the reduced registration payment is completed, the ticket is non-transferable. If the presenter change occurs before the reduced registration payment is completed, the reduced registration fee benefit is transferred to the new presenting author. Please note that the ESR will not refund any previously paid registration fees, including in cases of special offers, subsequent ticket changes or membership-related changes.

Important: In order to register for ECR 2026 free of charge under the ticket category ‘IT & Administrative Personnel’, you are required to download the proof document provided by us, complete it in full, and send it to [email protected] within one week of selecting your ticket. The template will be provided during the registration process.
Your registration for ECR 2026 will be complete only after we have confirmed receipt and completeness of the proof document via email.
If we do not receive the document on time, or if it is incomplete or contains errors, registration under this category will unfortunately not be possible, and the fee will automatically be adjusted to the regular rate.
Please note that this ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits.
Member in Training Offer
In an effort to support the active participation of trainees in the upcoming European Congress of Radiology (ECR), the European Society of Radiology is offering complimentary registration for our Full Members in Training across Europe who submit an abstract for ECR 2026 and are active ESR members for 2025 by October 05, 2025 (rejected applicants will still be able to register for ECR 2026 for the reduced Opening Fee).

Withdrawal form
Participants being consumers and entering into the contract with ESR in their own name and own behalf have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. This 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
