Founded in 1991, European Radiology celebrated its 25th volume anniversary in 2016 with a dedicated series of celebratory cover designs, created by our illustrator Peter Diamond.
Celebrations took place at ECR 2017 (March 1-5 in Vienna) with a special print issue, containing 25 of the most influential articles published in the journal in the last quarter century.
A European Radiology 25th Anniversary Session took place on Friday, March 3, in which 10 selected speakers will present their articles and how they influenced radiological praxis since their publication.
At ECR 2017, Prof. Maximilian F. Reiser announced that he is stepping down as Editor-in-Chief.
Before being published, all manuscripts go through double-blinded peer review by experienced European and international experts. All manuscripts must be submitted online, via our submission system Editorial Manager. Prior to your first submission, you will have to register.
